About

Traci Rhynie is a Jamaican-born executive producer, director, and business development leader known for turning bold creative ideas into unforgettable brand experiences. An immigrant, cancer survivor, and powerhouse event strategist, Traci brings more than a decade of experience producing high-impact experiential events, brand activations, and large-scale productions across the fashion, beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle industries. Her work sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and strategy—where immersive storytelling drives brand visibility, audience connection, and measurable business results.

Throughout her career, Traci has led projects for globally recognized brands including Netflix, Nike, Hulu, Spotify, Revolve, Estée Lauder, Victoria Beckham, and Tom Ford—collaborating with senior leadership, creative visionaries, and global partners to deliver experiences that resonate far beyond the event itself. Known for her sharp instincts and calm command under pressure, she seamlessly blends creative direction with operational precision, leading teams, managing complex budgets, securing sponsorships, and producing world-class moments that leave lasting impressions.

During her tenure at Karla Otto and K2, Traci led North American event operations, overseeing concept development, design direction, and execution for major brand initiatives. In her first year alone, she generated over $3 million in revenue while maintaining strong profitability—demonstrating her rare ability to balance creative excellence with business performance.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Traci combines deep industry insight with a relentless commitment to excellence. Beyond production, she is also an advocate for equity in fashion and media. She has spoken openly about systemic racism within the fashion and PR industries, highlighting how exclusive networks and “cool points” culture often limit opportunities for people of colour. Traci continues to champion accountability, access, and structural change to help create a more inclusive industry. Her perspective has been featured in Business of Fashion.

Driven by resilience, vision, and purpose, Traci Rhynie is not just producing events—she’s shaping culture and creating spaces where brands, communities, and stories come to life.
